Job Description

The organisation of courses at the European Commission implies that there are a number of tasks that could be done by a LSP (Logistical Support Person). These tasks consist of:

  • Classroom preparation: making sure that all supporting material, pedagogical material, presence lists, etc. are ready at the beginning of a course
  • Assistance to users: giving information to trainees about the courses, registration, contacts by phone, etc.
  • Assistance to trainers: giving information to trainers, helping them to find answers to the questions of participants, showing how to use the infrastructure, etc.
  • The job is based in Brussels

Requested Profile :

  • A very customer-oriented approach: friendly at the telephone, service-minded
  • Bilingual : English and French
  • Being acquainted with the training business
  • Having an eye for perfection
  • Having secretarial skills
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Being able to work in a team, yet be able to work independently as well
  • Be respectful working schedules : (4/5 time)
  • Experience within a European Institution or another European Body is considered as an advantage
  • Experience within the LMS tool
  • Familiar with web technologies and  with relational databases
