The TOSA® (test on software application) assessments are adaptive competency assessments tailored to the level of each participant. Indeed, the questions evolve in an adaptive way throughout the evaluation of the participants in order to identify their specific knowledge: more basic questions for people with a beginner level, up to the high-end questions for people with an advanced level.
Precision, flexibility and ease save time and productivity!
All tests are available simply via a Web browser, they don’t require any software installation. These online tests allow participants to answer the various questions on the interface of the tested software (Excel, Word...) and this via any Web browser. This innovative and flexible solution allows you to test your employees on a large scale, while providing valuable time saving through ease of access.
Effective training based on the actual level of each trainee
Once the tests are done by your team, we put at your disposal our analysis’ expertise for the results, in order to offer you training paths most adapted to each one. To this end, we have defined exclusive training paths in line with each of the levels identified by the TOSA® evaluations.

Regular updating of training courses and tests
Desktop software is subject to constant updates bringing lots of new tools and opportunities for better user productivity. Our trainings, as well as the TOSA® tests, are continually updated to consider these novelties.
TOSA® certification: a tool for validation and professional recognition
Finally, at the end of each training course, we propose to all participants to pass an official TOSA® certification. This assessment of the newly acquired competences allows to judge the progress of each one through a complete mapping of the abilities. This widely recognized certification also offers each employee a playful and precise way to evaluate his new skills, which increases the motivation in addition to the professional performance.
